We many request a deposit at time of booking for selected treatments and over 2 hours in duration.

Your appointment is reserved especially for you. Late cancellations and ‘no shows’ cost us precious time and money, we therefore kindly ask our clients to provide 48 hours notice to cancel or re-schedule appointments to avoid a late cancellation fees.

Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to show for your appointment will result in full treatment charge being made. We reserve the right to enforce these charges and any future appointments may be cancelled.
